국제갤러리 양혜규는 베이징 울렌스 현대미술센터(이하 UCCA)에서의 개인전 개막에 맞춰 10월 30일 UCCA 강당에서 대담회 <Haegue Yang – Household Metrics>를 갖는다. 이번 전시 <양혜규:우기청호雨奇晴好>는 중국 주요 미술관에서의 첫 번째 개인전으로, 대규모 신작과 주요 구작을 중심으로 환상과 현실, 미학적인 것과 지성적인 것의 경계를 초월하는 다양성의 풍경을 선보일 예정이다. 대담회 <Haegue Yang – Household Metrics>의 발제자로는 미국 MoMA의 큐레이터인 야스밀 레이몬드(Yasmil Raymond)가 초빙되었으며, UCCA 관장 필립 티나리(Philip Tinari)가 진행을 맡는다.
In keeping with the opening of her solo exhibition at Ullens Center for Contemporary Art (UCCA) in Beijing on October 30th, a live Talk titled "Haegue Yang - Household Metrics" takes place at the UCCA Auditorium on the same day. "Haegue Yang: Come Shower or Shine, It Is Equally Blissful" marks the very first solo exhibition by Haegue Yang at a major art institution in China, presenting large-scale new works and major older works in themes that transcend the borders between fantasy and reality, aesthetics and intelligence. The Talk "Haegue Yang - Household Metrics" will be presented by Yasmil Raymond curator at MoMA, and hosted by the Director of UCCA Philip Tinari.
