김수자는 6월 4일부터 7월 3일까지 개최되는 제20회 페이즈 아트 비엔날레 (Bienal de Arte Paiz)에 참여한다. 과테말라시 시내에 위치한 히스토릭 센터에서 열리는 <Ordinary / Extraordinary: The democratization of art or the will to change things> 라는 제목으로 참여예술을 통해 대중과 예술작품간의 간극을 줄이려는 시도를 보여준다. 이번 비엔날레에는 김수자를 포함한 국제적인 작가들이 60년대부터 현재를 아우르는 다양한 작품들을 선보일 예정이다.

Kimsooja participates in the twentieth Bienal de Arte Paiz from June 4th to July 3rd. The Bienal de Arte Paiz encourages audiences to take part in the participatory works to close the gap between the public and the work of art. Under the theme of Ordinary / Extraordinary: The democratization of art or the will to change things, the show will take place in the historic center of Guatemala City. International artists including Kimsooja will disclose works from the sixties to the present.
