우고 론디노네는 10월 20일부터 23일까지 프랑스 파리에서 개최되는 FIAC 아트페어의 야외프로그램에 참가한다. FIAC은 2012년부터 페어 기간 동안 방돔 광장 (Place Vendôme)에 매 년 한 명의 작가를 선정하여 장소특정적인 외부설치작품을 선보이는 프로그램을 시작하였다. 우고 론디노네는 방돔 광장 프로젝트 작업을 통해 작년 국제갤러리 개인전 feelings에서 summer moon 작업으로 소개한 바 있는 수천 년 이상의 오래된 올리브 나무를 뜬 알루미늄 조각 작품 5점과 창석 조각 연작 5점을 소개한다.

Ugo Rondinone will participate in the outdoor installation program of FIAC, which will take place from October 20 to 23 in Paris, France. In 2012, FIAC initiated a program for which one select artist exhibits a site-specific outdoor installation piece during the fair at Place Vendôme. Ugo Rondinone will hold a Place Vendôme project exhibition titled, Every time the sun comes up, which will showcase five works of his series summer moon. The series, which consists of aluminum sculptures cast from an olive tree that was thousands of years old, was introduced at his Kukje Gallery solo exhibition, feelings, last year.
